Romantic honeymoon hideaway villa designed with couples in mind located in the small rural village of Uzumlu,surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and just a short 10 min drive from Kalkan resort
Situated in the foothills of the Taurus mountains, just above Kalkan and Patara, The village combines a peaceful location with breathtaking views and the convenience of being only a short drive from many places of interest along the Lycian coastline.
The villa is built over one level with a spacious living area and kitchen diner. comfortable seating in the lounge takes full advantage of the wall to wall glass panels that feature the full length of the villa and brings the wonderful views into the indoor space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven,microwave,toaster and dishwasher, A separate Island has a hob and extractor has dining space for two and opens on to the terrace with tables and chairs for Al fresco dining
The bedroom features a large round bed and sunken hydro massage plunge pool/jacuzzi with ensuite and direct access to a sheltered seating area on the pool terrace
Outside the large pool and terrace are completely private with no other properties overlooking and therefore a ideal choice for the more conservative guests or those wishing total privacy.
The heating system for the outdoor pool is available for use in low seasons, but due to electricity cost, it is subject to extra charge. (1000 TL per day) The Heating system fee will be charged locally and you need to request this option at least 2 days in advance.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival
